ONLINE RETURN POLICY
All items returns must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed. Hats, intimates, and Sale collection items are Final sale and cannot be returned. Promotional discounted items may be returned ( i.e. flash sales ).
To receive a refund: your package must be postmarked for return within 7 business days of the delivery date of your original package. Once your return is process by our store, it may take 3-5 business days to receive the refunded amount back to the card used.
To receive an online credit: your package must be postmarked for return within 15 business days of your purchase date. Once your return is processed by the store, you will receive an email with a gift card number containing your credit. Your online credit expires after 365 days.
EXCHANGES: We like to make changes as easy and fast as possible. Pleas give us a call at 205-373-7214 and let us know what items you would like and we will check availability and can pull it for you. After receiving your return will will call you with the exact shipping amount for exchanged items. We will only hold exchange items for 7 business days.

When returning an item we recommend getting a tracking number for your package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit to us.
